Why did you join National Guard? I joined to be able to give a better life to my wife and kids. When I joined, I was already a husband and father of two kids at the age of 21. Growing up with one parent I saw the struggle of my mom giving me and my brothers what we needed. I also wanted my kids to look up to me and see that everything is possible. So far my goals have been met and it is thanks to this uniform and the opportunities it’s provided for me.
